TITLE & LOCATION
General Dynamics Information Technology
Serve as a Site Manager (SM) within the III Corps MTC Hub and Spoke Task Order. Responsible for the sites Mission Command Training Capabilities. Serve as the primary point of contact for the local customer and the company to ensure quality on-site Task Order performance. The SM provides vision and leadership to contracted employees of the MTC and works closely with the MTC government Director to ensure that customer training objectives are met. Working as a team; the Site Manager fuses Statement of Work (SOW) tasks with MTC Director's local policies and procedures to produce consistent; timely; and accurate delivery of quality training products and support. Acting as the point of contact for rapid resolution of questions and issues; the SM coordinates scheduling; operations; training; personnel certifications; maintenance; repair; and calibration required for site performance. The SM establishes processes and supervises MTC contract personnel to achieve the tasks associated with the SOW. The SM ensures a safe and secure work environment that encourages continual organizational assessment and improvement.
1. Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline; or the equivalent combination of education; technical training; or work/military experience.
8-10 years of related experience; including supervisory experience.
Requires background and experience with military training and training support; experience in operations and training requirements at division or higher level; background in training management; full understanding of the Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP); minimum of ten (10) years of supervisory experience; possess a Secret clearance; served as either a battalion or brigade commander or S3; completed the Command and general Staff College or equivalent level military schooling.
Secret Clearance required.
