Job Description

Active Secret Clearance required for consideration

Develops, organizes, and conducts training and educational programs for customer personnel. Designs, develops, plans, coordinates and implements all Joint Exercise Life Cycle events for 25ID Theater Security Cooperation Program events, and all multimedia applications, systems and products, analysis instruments and/or strategies to identify training requirements and evaluate training effectiveness.

1. Manage all JELC events and coordination for each events and manages exercise budget.

2. Performs expert-level development and delivery of highly complex exercise programs and related materials in support of customer exercise objectives.

3. Establishes and reviews course content and objectives.

4. Conducts exercise sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of exercise activities, and research into new exercise, educational, and multimedia technologies.

5. Maintains records of exercise activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness, and updates course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.

6. Designs, develops, and train multimedia applications, systems and products involving computer graphics and interactive computing, such as computer-based systems for personal computers or CD-ROM applications.

7. Incorporates software applications in multiple technology media systems, such as graphics animation, text, and sound.

8. Work from concept drawings, sketches, models, and/or written and verbal instructions.

9. Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experience designers, and may have supervisory responsibilities.

10. May serve as technical team or task lead.

11. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

12. Participates in special projects as required.


1. Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work/military experience. 2. Resident Command and General Staff College (any service) completion (preferred).


1. Requires active Secret Security clearance.

2. 10-15 years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of technical exercise programs, as well as multi-media design, and After Action Reviews experiences.

3. Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the development and delivery of exercise programs and multimedia products.

4. Advanced knowledge of relevant technologies as required and ability to use relevant software applications and systems.

5. Demonstrate effective presentation skills, communication skills, and follow written verbal instructions.

6. Ability to serve as technical team or task lead.

7. Willing to travel both CONUS and OCONUS.
