We are seeking a IT Project Manager to support our Justice Programs team in Washington, DC. In this position, you will support the FBI’s Insider Threat Center


Personnel supporting this task:

* Conduct activities associated with administering and managing software development using AGILE\SCRUM methodologies;
* Conduct activities associated with administering and managing infrastructure design, deployment and operations and maintenance.
* Perform quality control of processes and products produced by the Technical, Requirements and Analysis Teams;
* Organize, oversee and develop technical program management oversight processes and methodologies;
* Write, interpret and analyze technical documentation related to the development and implementation of requirements;
* Provide technical consulting support to working groups
* Perform long-range planning in support of existing and projected organizational mission requirements; and
* Make assessments and recommendations as to overall resource capability to answer existing/projected requirements, and identify resource shortfalls.


1. Bachelors Degree in a related discipline.

2. Masters Degree preferred.


* (Preferred) Bachelor of Science in Management Sciences or a Master in Business Administration is highly preferred;
* Certification as a Project Management Professional is required;
* Multiple Information Technology certifications such as PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner, etc.;
* At least fifteen (15+) or more years of prior experience and knowledge of information technology program management and oversight;
* Extensive knowledge of Government-wide system design, implementation and management policy and procedures;
* Extensive knowledge of methodology, policies and knowledge of the FBI’s mission and processes; extensive knowledge of the FBI’s information technology processes and systems;
* Demonstrated capability to produce high-quality written products. Specifically beneficial is experience working program management of FBI information technology projects;
* Extensive knowledge of FBI policies, procedures and protocols.
